Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on Foundr Edu for programs offered by EDZI LLP.
1) General Policy
Program fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Foundr Edu.
2) Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions, payment errors, or where Foundr Edu is unable to provide the confirmed program intake.
3) Processing Timelines
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. The credit timeline depends on your bank/payment instrument and may typically take 7-10 business days after approval.
4) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, participant no-show, or partial attendance unless explicitly committed in writing.
5) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email admissions@foundredu.com with your full name, registered email, payment date, amount, and transaction ID.
