These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foundr Edu website and your participation in Foundr Edu programs, including applications and payments. By accessing this website or purchasing/enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1) Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.

2) Program Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Foundr Edu may accept or reject applications at its discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate information.

3) Program Fees & Payments

Program fees are displayed on our website/payment pages and may include applicable taxes (including GST). Payments are processed through Razorpay. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment details.

4) Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, program fees once paid are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, Foundr Edu may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method as per Razorpay/bank timelines.

5) Program Changes

Foundr Edu may update program schedules, speakers, modules, or delivery formats to improve outcomes or due to operational constraints. Such changes do not typically qualify for refunds.

6) Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct. Foundr Edu may remove a participant for misconduct, harassment, disruption, or violation of policies. In such cases, fees may not be refundable.

7) Intellectual Property

Website content, program materials, and branding are owned by Foundr Edu or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written permission.

8) Limitation of Liability

Foundr Edu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from program participation.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
